We stayed there last year and had a refurbished room and it was great however while we were there there were many complaints about other rooms. By now it would be probably all renovated we could not fault the place.We had ground floor rooms. Fabulous location and fantastic staff that can not do more for you. Manager talks to you personally every day. We were to stay there this July however compared to last year has nearly doubled in price so we are staying at KTH/Losari/tegal Sari then back to the Losari. I do have pictures that i can email to you if you wish I will have to download on to the computer so may take a little while. I will leave email open. You will love it there.
