We love Legian too, and it depends on how much you want to spend. We went last year and really enjoyed the restaurants on the beach near the Jayakarta hotel. These included Zanzibar's and Seaside or really any of thos along that strip.
A new one for us was Sheppy's in Melasti st which is next door to Uncle Norms (another good one). Sheppys had a great happy hour price on cocktails and they were really big sized glasses!!. Wayan and Friends in Padma st is really nice. Tj's was good but was a bit pricey compared to the others for us.
