I have to shout in all my emails I eventually get a response after sending it 3 or more times then agree and accept then don't hear just don't reply back so I don't know if I have booking or not.They emailed to say we have room do you want it so you reply and then don't hear from them.
They increased the size of the hotel by 72 rooms but have not increased staff its really pissing me off.
I end up calling them and then get I can't hear you, this person not here, ring tomorrow it just gets to you after a while.
If you know someone up there sometimes its could be easier for them to go and book it for you.
I just don't know anymore what to do but shout at them on the emails to get their attention.
All the times I have been going there I have always tipped the staff but from now on I'll tip the front desk staff that way they will remember there is something in it for them.
It's unbelievable one has to go to some much trouble just to get a booking from the KP.
Some travel agents are selling the KP for $104 Aus a night but if you book direct you get it for around $70.00 a night.
This is the reason they get so many emails.
It can be a big saving if you are there for 10-30 days or more days.
