Haven't stayed but looked at rooms at the Lokha and saw a couple of children in the pool at that time. The pool area is somewhat close to the restaurant and bar that front the street. I prefer things set back from the road more. For me, it had a bit of a closed-in feeling.
Please take into account that it was only a very brief observation so obviously someone who has stayed there will be able to give a better opinion.
I can help more with the location though:
It is about 1/4 of the way down Jl Padma from the Jl Legian intersection. It is on the right hand side - the oposite side to the Indonational and Wyan and Friends if you know where either of these two restaruants are. In fact I think it may be nearly opposite the Indonational. If you have gone to Drops and the Casa Padma you will have gone too far.
