If your 2 year old is anything like what my kids have been like then my recommendations would be..
Bali zoo, it's very hands on with the animals, a 2 year old would love it.
Safari Park, again for the 2 year old, you can feed elephants, touch them, get photos with orangutans, lion, tiger. They have great shows. Can be very expensive though!
Bird park, I liked this too and the reptile park is right next door. Great for kids.
Waterbom park, again great for kids.
Relax by the pools where ever you are staying.
