that they are SOOOO flat out trying to make accommodation bookings for lots of people who book their own cheap flights. They get cheaper rates from wholesalers who do block bookings but even that isn't working because the hotels are full already!!! Then he rings me to get details of small hotels and villas not listed in books, problem is they are mostly booked out as well!! The answer is definitely buy your own house in Bali...or at least get a group to buy one together!!
