If our room is well tended to this is what we usually do.
We leave Rp each morning on the pillow or bed.
Our room is cleaned and made up before we return from breakfast every morning.
Sometimes if the House keeping staff see us they will pop back to ask if every thing is to our liking.
Its a win win situation! We are happy and so are the staff.
I prefer to do it this way rather than a tip at the end of our stay as sometimes the person who has looked after you so well may have a day off when you leave and then they miss out.
