I doubt whether there are any hotels that will refuse payment in rupiah.
They advertise the prices in US$ as a means of tying to keep the price stable over a number of currencies,and a way of charging more lol,but when it comes down to paying they will gladly convert the price to rupiah for you,the question would be at what exchange rate.
My advice would be to ask for an upfront price in rupiah,even if they advertise in US$ and if not paying in advance get the price in writing with a gaurantee that this is the price applicable on whatever date you are booking for.
