There is a little tailor shop in Garlic Lane near the Cyber Cafe where you can get them for Rp. 75,000. He also starts at a ridiculous price but I could get them last year at this price, even if you have to go another Rp.10,000 you have only paid AUD$11.00. I agree that the sizes on the labels do not always represent the right size, so try all pairs on or have the measurements. This goes for everywhere, don't trust the labels. Good luck.
