Sorry - don't know what you have allready been told or know
1. Take an exchange rate cheat sheet
2. speak to others before hitting the markets to get current prices to haggle for. If you start by cutting there prices in half you will still be paying too much.
3 go into fixed price shops to guage what things are selling for without bartering
4 Relax - takes a couple fo days to wind down

6 Eat out side of your hotel for better prices & food
7 use a local laundry to clean your clothes - cheaper than the hotel and saves taking all the washing home
8 Relax and Enjoy
