When I operated Golden Bali & Global Travel in Adelaide, I would have never recommended Oasis Kuta as there are just so many better properties around the same price-range. If people were quite specific that this was their preference, I would always point-out that the property is very narrow with small, dark rooms on either side of a long rectangular pool - ok for those who want the central Kuta location and just need a room in which to sleep but certainly NOT for anybody wanting to spend time around the pool enjoying the gardens and sunshine!! You'd be lucky to even see the sun at Oasis Kuta!
I agree with Ron that you can not expect a refund based on your personal decision to cancel without providing the Agent an opportunity to secure alternative accommodation for you.
