markets is very clean and he uses new, sterile needles. However...
A friend of mine had a tattoo done by them last year and has recently been to a tattooist in Perth to get the colour touched up. The Perth tattooist knew straight away where the original work had been done as he is often asked to do repairs and commented on the fact that, because they use cheap needles, which blunt very quickly, scarring is often a result. The Bali tattooist did change needles quite often when doing my friend's tattoo but, as his tattoo has some scarring, obviously not often enough. Some people won't be worried by this but if you are looking for a top quality tattoo then maybe Mr Dolphin is not a good choice.
