in April it was quite quick, but on a saturday in September took 2 1/2 hrs which is way too long for a toddler, I know that you can check out 2 days prior to departure on flightstats might give you an indication of how many planes land around the same time, remember do not take any notice of domestic planes as they do not use immigrasi.We checked and almost organised vip voa in April but to our amazement ours was the only plane at the time contrary to the flightstats website. I would wait you can organise vip voa when you land you pass it when walking through to immigrasi, that way you can see how many people and whether it is worth the payment ,
