Kuta/Legian/Sem. hotel with sea view

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a room with a sea view in the Kuta-Legian-Seminyak region.

Is this possible with a budget of no more than USD40? I merely need a clean room with aircon, and of course, the sea view to gaze into from the room.
