I have a number of Tattoos from Mr Dolphin and can't fault his work.
Some friendly advices if you do choose to get a tattoo check that the tattooist uses fresh sterile needles. Check to see if they have an autoclave machine in their studio and the needles come out of the packet used for sterilising. .
Check that the ink is used once only and not returned to the bottle after use.
Check that they wear surgical gloves.
Basically check they have a sterile clean work area. I do this check here in Australia and Bali is no different.
