Their is a P T Kuta Central (Kodak Shop) next door to Casa Luna (its set well off the road - mobs of paving un front of it) I have used another place along the main street next door to the post office, but for the life of me, I cannot recall its name. Both those places have the same rate as Kuta. Amed was not as good when we stayed there for exchange rates.
My suggestion is that their is enough good places to exchange money in Ubud at a good rate, but I would take enough for Amed with me.
