netfare VIP VOA contact turnaround

hi all, just wanted to know the normal turnauround time for Netfare to contact you once you have processed the enqyiry online, it says within 48 hours but i processed this on Wednesday last week, emailed them yesterday and still no one has called me, anyone else had this problem? im leaving next Tuesday 12th May, finaly has come around dont beleive it, has anyone else got contacts they use?
