second everything stormy has said....dealt with her for years,have bought new, had a great remodelling job done using our diamonds( handed back the 13little ones left over, and then set them in Jan's gold Bali OM for free) and most of the gold....honest as the day is long...
Great place to take all your chains etc., that might need repair...cheap as( almost embarrassingly so)..............
