when i went last year i was planned to go with the scoot boat but ended up getting a ticket on 'reefia', a fast public boat. The office is near the roundabout at the northen end of sanur, north of the grand bali beach hotel on hang tuah. There is an office there and prices were slightly cheaper than the scoot boat (scoot boat is lembongan fast ferries, search it)i think the boat departed at 8.30 am
