Bakungsari cottages is in Jl Bakungsari, the road that runs into the Art Market, Ramayana is on the corner, close to Kuta Square/Matahari.
I think you mean Bakungs Beach which is on the Tuban end of that area. I think Bakungs is lesser stars than Bakungsari, which I imagine is about 2 - 2.5.
Have you tried the Green Gardens group (same as Febris, I think)?
