Took the family (5 of us)a couple of years back and were pleasantly surprised that our Villa had organised VIP VOA for us. However, we were staying at the villa for 6 nights and up at Tjampuhan for 3. The VIP VOA only got us a 7 day visa. As we were full of the joys we didn't check it until trying to exit Ngurah Rai. After a humiliating hour with Immigration we were fined 3 Million rupiah for over-staying our visas! So, if you use VIP VOA, make sure you get the right visa.
