I aam getting married in Bali in Ag 09. I boked EVERYTHING through the hotel that I decided on to save the planner charges. I have everything organised through the MICE co-ordinater at the hotel and she has been amazing as it has all been organised over the internet with photos, forms etc etc. I say find good reviews, spend minimal money and go looking (prices are great at the moment and we visited many hotels in Jan 09............and got a holiday out of it as well). Book direct as you get better attention and so do your guests. I am not worried at all it hs been a breeze....good luck and fell free to email me. If its after my date 18th Aug 09 I am more than happy to share thoughts, photos and anything else you need. Cost me $7k for 40 people with all wedding/reception.
