Paying R.40000 for New Zealand Natural

Ice Cream. This scam is so blatant but it gets me every time. Outside Kartika Plaza, there's an ice cream stand. I walk up and say "I'll have a vanilla cone, thanks" and then the ice-cream guy says "that'll be 40000 rupiah, thanks" and then I say "40000 bloody rupiah? for an ice cream?" but by then it's too late.
