My mum and I did this cruise four weeks ago. We booked direct with the hotel and it cost Usd40 which was really worth it. Probably could have got it cheaper on the streets but couldn't be bothered haggling! We had a fantastic night food and entertainment was great and would certainly do it again. It did include pick up and drop off.
