my mum had a fall here on her 80th bday and bimc were very good when she eventuall let me take her there...the problem was the travel insurance (HBA)...they didn't want her to stay and delayed treatment by two days arguing that Bali is not capable of treating anyone and the hosptal was squlid...obviously they haven't been anywhere near it!!
