Some fractures especially the mild ones, are difficult to diagnose through X-Ray film and physical exam.The abnormalities could be undiscernible and may become an object of argumentation among radiologists and/or orthopaedists.
I believe these Dutch women had mild injuries as seen on their capabilities to laze around the pool just after .
Time lapses between X-Ray exam in BMC and in Brussels was also important factor to judge if a fracture has ever happenned or not. A mild fracture would heal perfectly without any traced evidence on X-Ray photo after a week or so.
Of course it was also probable that BMIC would fleece those Dutch ladies
