Here are a few options depending if you are already in Bali or not. I have included the contact info for Wayan(direct owner phone number) and the website is bali bintang tour.com or bali bike ride.com (this site is active and being built...you can read about the cyling tour here as well as the testamonial page. There is a contact us section from both sites and an email at the bottom of this message.
If you are feeling inspired and have more time in Bali, I also recommend the Volcano Trek...you will see it from the restaurant the morning of the Bike Ride, thats what we did, but couldn't resist an opportunity to get up to view a majestic sunrise.
