Just another example of the "rip-off" tactics used by some VOA staff at Ngurah Rai Airport.
This rubbish seems to happen only in Bali. At a time of economic crisis when every effort should be made to welcome visitors to Bali and be grateful that they are still arriving in droves, these guys just can't help "shooting themselves in the foot" and assisting to turn visitors away from ever returning to Bali.
