traders were the best to buy Bintang crates from. We just negotiated with the closest to our hotel. In regards to king kong size my husband is a tall and broad man. We had no trouble getting gear to fit him. Fixed price stores were helpful sometimes you mighy have to wait a day for them to get the larger sizing in. They were also good for ladies dresses - My aize 14-16 frame didn't always fit the street wear. I think from memory we were paying 350 - 360 000rp per box of long necks. The booys would carry them home and take crate back to re fill as needed.
