Thanks for your comments everyone. We haven't flown Virgin before and I have heard they are cracking down. It isn't that I want to exploit the system. Last time we were in Bali, it was our first holiday without the children. I was so excited at the fact that I could have no carry-on luggage, I packed everything into the suitcases ( including Duty Free Liquor! ) Bad mistake as we were charged excess baggage fees by Garuda - they wouldn't let us repack and have carry-on. Also has anyone had experience taking framed Paintings on Virgin?
