I have paid in Aussie $'s and on visa and have always ended up well out of pocket. This time I have ordered US$ from the post office. As B2B said you need a min of Aus$200 but no commision. I paid $220 for US$150 and will have $25 left over for another trip (5 travelling) or exchange while in Bali.
