Fairygirl, it is really hard to say as I don't know the circumstances of the group or gift.
Personally I would call a 'token' gift more like 50,000. That is still quite a nice amount of money that will go a long way in Bali at local prices.
Sort of like the 'under $10' rule that you might have if you were buying gifts for colleagues?
