I had a look at the Peneeda View last time in Bali. Have stayed there with my children about 4 years ago. They have done up some new rooms that were very nice. Little lounge area, king size bed and outside bathroom. May be about $10 over your budget. Make sure that the rooms are on the beachside though and not as you come in off the main road through sanur. Have two pools and brekky was lovely overlooking the ocean.
