Immigratition can be 10 minutes, or 3 hours, depending on what other flights are arriving before/at the same time.

Money changers are everywhere, Safe bet are Kodak stores as money changers on the street have a knack of swiftly dropping or miscounting notes. Eg: Change 50,000 for 5,000.

Last time i stayed in Bali (april 08) i used Bali Garden's money changer, very competitive rate, same as Kodak stores and never had a problem. the changers in the street do offer "better" rates, but for security's sake (and it costs you what $1 per $100 more) Id stick to your hotel or Kodak stores, depending on their rates.

Havent stayed at Barong so cant comment on that, Sorry
