There was a couple of negative posts re this insurance on Bali forum and News. A couple of people who used them and had to make claims were not at all happy. One person was still waiting for resolution after 12 months. Their claim was due to their luggage being stolen. I haven't personally used them so I can only go on these posts I read. I would be more inclined to seek insurance with another provider with a good track record when it comes to paying out on claims. I have used travel insurance direct over the internet. I have had to claim from one trip when I was hospitalised due to a parasite I picked up and I had no problems with the claim. The payout was in my bank within 4 weeks of making the claim.
