There are people who "live" at KTH who are "permanent" residents.
They are apartment owners, and generally speaking have indonesian partners who certainly regard their partners to be residing in Bali.
Anyway....when does "staying" in a place become "living" in a place.
Is it after 2 months...6 months...12 months or what.
Or is it determined by your mindset?
When I spend the winter months in Indonesia, and the summer in WA, I will consider myself to be "living" in both.
And anyway, if you are there for 5 months, what are you doing if you are not "living" there??
