Yes, part of Plumeria and is a mild alkoloid poison but no definitive cases exist. Hawaiians wear the flower behind their ear, Balinese use it as an antiseptic when cut or bitten by an insect. Eating 100 - I don't know about that. I think eating 100 of most anything is less than wise.
