Have been away and catching up with BTF. We have 2 nights at Safari Park coming up - what a shame you had to argue for what their website says v clearly is included. You mentioned not having vouchers to get in the park itself, were the hotel staff meant to have given you those? I will not be impressed if we have to pay again to enter!!
