and just loved it! It's not too hard, though we had to trek through a bit of mud at times & balance on the edge of a waterway (not deep) at another time! It;s totally worth doing & really interesting. Our kids were about 5&9 at the time & they both loves it. Oh, and I;m not at all fir & I found it OK! Cheers, Sue.
