It's basically hotel-apartment complex consists of two groups: Old building ( 2-3 years old ) and the new one.With its peak season rate 750.000 prn, I think it's the best-valued lodge.
Managed by an Aussie big guy married to Indonesian woman, it has fabulous rooms plus brand new facilities.
Speaking about the ownership, the old building is owned by the Aussie big guy, but the new building were sold per unit to individual investors. The new building is also rented as a hotel and managed by the same person as the old building.
They said the units were sold 1.2 billion or so rupiah each and the investors get his/her dividend per year from the management or the rupiah you paid goes to the investors with the management took fees from them.
I suspect Mr. Baldie is one of the investors ;-))Sorry for ranting.
