in the Kuta area, there are plenty of artificial nail bars around now. They should be able to tell you where they get theirs from. But like what was said before I have been asked to bring it over to Bali by friends as they have told me they cannot source it their. Also when I was in Surabaya last year we went to a hairdressing supply shop and they had nail technician items but not nail art pens or paints.
