Requirements:
· Visa application completed in full with 1 (one) recent passport size photo attached.
· Original passport valid for more than 6 (six) months beyond the intended length of stay.
· Copy of round trip airline ticket/itinerary.
· Visa fee AUD$ 60.00 in form of money order or cheque payable to the Indonesian Consulate.
