was a place were people could ask questions, and not to be belittled. how do you know that this person has not already been to the "top of the page" but not found what information they were looking for. i would say that most of the questions asked on this forum could be answered by going to the "top of the page" but that is not really the idea of a forum is it! if we all did this there wouldn't be many questions or answers posted, and lets admit we come here for a read don't we, just like you. i have been reading this forum for about 6 years now and occasionally post a message, but i must admit if i was new to this forum and i received an answer like that to my question, i would not be keen to come back, and it,s only the people that keep coming back that keep this forum alive, no posters no forum. so in other words you read the question samesame asked and if it is not interesting to you move on, if it is then respond to that persons question
