Last month, I went to a fixed price shop in Jalan Sahadewa (Garlic Lane). It was called Bali Shop and faced the street and was on the right hand side if you were coming from Jalan Melasti.
The prices were cheap and fixed. I was not even allowed a discount though I spent Rp 285,000 there.
