Our one and only experience with them was an unmitigated disaster, with huge delays, no information given. They were having a really rough time then, huge delays nearly every flight. Not been following their record lately.
Of course, every airline can have delays and also cancel flights so you take a risk with any.
Yes, only full service airline but Jetstar and Virgin are a lot more comfortable planes IMO and it is only 3 hours after all.
