Hi, Used CC today at Carrefour and had to sign. Presumably you mean the newish system in Oz where you can pin your number into the terminal. In Europe Oz cards can be a problem in some places as the cards ther are "chipped" and only "chipped" cards work. We always had to ask there will your terminal take non chipped cards. In Bali have used cards and always signed.
