Hi! You have just asked one of the recently most asked questions on this and other forums. Good to see that their service is popular. Where are you flying from? I would suggest a forum search of "Pacific Blue" and "Virgin Blue" to read previous posts. My view is that they do a great job and being in Adelaide they are the only direct carrier and at a very good price.
