They are a web based travel agent...same with Best Flights.
Not sure where you are based but if you want to check the best prices and availability for Jetstar and Virgin just visit their websites directly. The virgin website also does packages but It maybe cheaper to arrange the flights separately to the accommodation.
As for the accomodation you could try direct with the hotels or use a website with instant confirmation such as Qantas, Agoda, Asia rooms and wotif to name a few
