....Vicki has reported what she views to be shonky. It's her right to say this if she thinks it's a shonk. However, it's the reader's right to also consider and determine if they would use the same jeweller, in this case.
What's the problem. Vicki thinks she was ripped off, you decide if she was or not and use the same service or not.
I appreciate people's views but ALWAYS make up my own mind about whether I would use their services.
