As Mrs Pak is not going to be given the chance to fix the problem it's not right to be trying to turn people away from doing business with her.
If Vicki is traveling to Bali, or knows someone who is, why not give this woman the chance to rectify the problem. If Vicki then reported on the result of a return we'd all have a better idea of Bali Rani jewelers.
